Access may be needed to the property by a third party. Bythynnod Eryri can provide this service at a very reasonable cost. As a holiday home owner. you may also wish to let the property out during the holiday season. At the Bythynnod Eryri premises, we have a purpose designed key repository attached to the outside of the building which allows holiday makers to pick up the key to your property at any time of the day and night. Keys are deposited here when you have made arrangements with your clients. There is also a Key Return box for when they leave.
