Bythynnod Eryri can guarantee you peace of mind by visiting your property on a regular basis. However remote your holiday property, we can get there. We operate a four wheel drive pick-up which can cope with farm tracks and rough lanes in any weather conditions. The usual schedule of visits is once fortnightly but this can be varied according to your requirements. The regular visit will include an inspection of the property for weather damage or vandalism. If damage is identified, repair can be carried out either by us, by you, or by a local contractor appointed by us.
