The property can be cleaned, resupplied and have clean linen between each letting. Unlike other services, the charge for this will be a proportion of the letting fee. Holiday home owners should note that the provision of this service will depend on the property being left in an acceptable state of cleanliness. If this is not the case, Bythynnod Eryri reserves the right to employ professional cleaning agencies or to demand that the home owner himself carries out the changeover.
